Joking aside, here's how I would state the fallacy I am talking about, since nobody is responding. Maybe there is a better stated formal fallacy on this, and would like to hear it.
PRESUMPTIVE FALLACIES
- Narrow Scope of Belief: the presumption that a statement a person makes about one aspect of their belief or understanding is the only aspect of that topic that the person believes in.
