Cain? Although he didn't exactly lie to God per se.

Cain (sometime after his banishment) or maybe Nimrod?

Adam and Eve I think, when God asked them what they had been doing & the Tree of Life thing and they blame the snake. They did not confess! I'd have to read it again, but one of them,,, Lol

I think its Eve because she listened to satan's lies and believed and repeated them to Adam

    Maybe

Some think Adam was standing right there along with Eve, plus she would have to know it was a lie....

    Genesis 3:6-7
    (6) And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.
    (7) And the eyes of them both were opened, and they knew that they were naked; and they sewed fig leaves together, and made themselves aprons.

It doesn't say she lied anyway. She just gave it to Adam. I said Cain because when God asked him where Able was he said 'I know not'. Unless it is a trick question, or a joke answer (as in 'lie down'), and she said not including the devil, I don't see where anyone lied before Cain.

I have heard that taught and I probably accepted that was the case.

A few years ago I contemplated the fall and considering satans cunning it seems more likely to me that he would target one person and he worked on Eve. She ended up believing the lie she could be like God and spread that lie to Adam.
Of course it isn't a major issue so there are different opinions people can have.

Adam as the man gets all the major blame by God, scripture and sermons so it's a good opportunity to blame the woman
