Ugghhh... I can identify. My shin is still healing from the tumble down the stairs that I had 4 weeks ago yesterday... must have really had a deep tissue injury. I think maybe I even crushed a blood vessel by the way it looked and looks.

I feel your pain. I got one of those just above my ankle on my shin 3 years ago. The skin is still discolored. I'm really thankful my latest fall didn't cause any serious injuries that I am aware of.

Hopefully its not as bad as is looked, a couple of them were starting to get up but then there is that groan at the end of the video.
