Estimated cost? Estimated time frame for infrastructure? We still don't have enough charging stations for electric cars...
Is that an actual prototype or a simulation?

That would be fun but far more expensive than an Elio and way beyond my time I would guess.

prototype that flies - good, now bring the unit cost down from $10,000,000

Availability at the local dealership and for a five figure sum - let them figure out how to avoid midair crashes when there are no lanes and the others are travelling in any direction in 3d space.
