He spoke for 9 mins on why he changed.

Please highlight what he said (in those 9 mins) that indicated he's deceived (other that the generic "He's a Calvinist").

    Listen to what he says.
    Analyse what he says.
    Compare it to Scripture.
Show us what you believe is wrong.

    Warning warning...Red Alert Red Alert
You can do all the above but it will be rejected because Calvinists cannot see outside their legalistic box

Sorry, can't give you time to say 'Gotcha!" which I'm sure you were going to do. Gotta retire as I have an early morning.

Yes I eventually picked up that whereas I was talking about what God does Himself, you were talking about Church discipline which obviously is completely different. You "change(d) the subject" like a Calvinist. Neat.

    Thanks.

But seriously TT, the title of this thread is "Don't Waste Your Cancer-John Piper (Calvinist)". Would it not have possibly been a lot more fruitful discussion if we were simply discussing "Don't Waste Your Cancer-John Piper"?

The doctrines of Calvinism is an absolute mess of garbage. You have failed miserably trying to make converts here. But you keep it up posting out of context scriptures to support your shaky foundations.

Lionheart, I think we can have a robust theological debate without needing to resort to attacking language.

Going back to the Scripture quoted in the OT: Are you saying that Satan is, essentially, God's right-hand man? Because if every time God struck the Israelites with a plague for their rebellion, or struck the Philistines with tumors (because they disrespected the Ark of the Covenant,) or struck down Egypt's firstborn, that was in fact Satan's doing, then you're making Satan akin to the Angel of Death or in fact the Angel of Death himself. You're essentially saying that Satan is an ally of God, that Satan is like God's messenger or something. That would be absurd.

1 Corinthians 5:5 deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus. 1 Timothy 1:20 (ASV) of whom is Hymenaeus and Alexander; whom I delivered unto Satan, that they might be taught not to blaspheme.
