Men wearing skirts: Are you ok with it?

If you missed it, Ben Shapiro and Candace Owens lit up social media yesterday with this picture from Vogue Magazine and talked about the feminization of the men in America.

This picture looks very feminine but I've seen other pics of men in more masculine looking skirts. Some male skirts looked it was made out of burlap.

Not for me. I see an agenda. But I've been asked what's the difference in women wearing jeans made for a woman. Interesting question

These new "fashions" for men are ridiculous. If I want to see a man in a dress, I'll find one in a kilt.

My response is that art has always depicted men from Bible days wearing robes. What is your answer to the jeans question?

"A woman must not wear men's clothing, and a man must not wear women's clothing, for whoever does these things is detestable to the LORD your God." (Deut. 22:5)

I don't think that means women can't wear jeans; the definition is significantly blurred there. But for a man to wear a dress is clearly cross-dressing as female.

I'm married to a man with strong Scottish heritage - His paternal grandpa was straight off the boat from Scotland. I've listened to more bagpipes than anyone non-Scott ever needs to...

Husband has never worn a kilt, though, as he's more of a cowboy-type.

Both men and women in the past from different cultures wore robes but they were easily identifiable as men or women's clothing
