It also makes sense if a person is sick for the glory of God, why do they go to Doctors or take medicine. The devil is such a deceiver.
That sounds like something Kenneth Hagin would say.

FF Bosworth actually says that in 'Christ the Healer'.

I made a big list of those for my healing class. "If it's God's will for you to be sick, then why do you..." I'll have to find it and post them.

Well, we thought this was done and over with, but it isn't. I had a meeting with the 2 new pastors last night. All 3 of us are on the same page. Looks like we are heading towards a meeting with this couple. I am praying for a good outcome and that freedom could come through it.

The husband, who received the HS Baptism is on fire, but we are afraid that this stronghold in her will drag him to a lifeless church somewhere and suck the life out of him.

    Pray for a breakthrough!!!

Amen. May the both of them burn with the Holy Ghost and Fire. I just got away from 2 years in a lifeless church and I'm here to tell ya, for most churches up here the frog is in the kettle and thinking it's a trendy dip in the hot tub.

It didn't sound that lifeless while you were pastor there and you were talking about "last sunday". Does that mean that you've changed your mind about it or were they just being hypocrites that played along ?

Another meeting. This time with couple and the 2 pastors and I. The person had a notebook with a couple scripture passages jotted down. I was told "It says in Ephesians 4 that He gave 1 gift to each one and you are an evangelist and not the pastor, and you should not have prayed like that." I said, "I wasn't acting like the pastor, I was acting like a disciple. We are all disciples." She disagreed.
MY PEOPLE PERISH FOR LACK OF KNOWLEDGE!!!!

So she got her apology that maybe I could have dialed it back a bit (as far as I will go) and that I never meant to hurt her. She also gets to keep the devils inside because she wants us to behave like nice quiet Baptist ministers.

Until she realizes that she is indeed in bondage and that the truth can set her free there is nothing more I can do but pray for her eyes to be somehow opened.

I will not back down when someone comes along who actually wants deliverance. I am sure she will again complain. I am praying that a strong deliverance will happen right in front of her so that she will see the truth. I will not refuse to minister to anyone who desires freedom, even though I am just a plain ol' evangelist.

Acts 13:1 Now in the church that was at Antioch there were certain prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.

Yeah, I knew there were demonic strongholds, but not how clouded her mind is and how ignorant of the Word of God.

Thing is, you can't bring deliverance if the person don't want it.

I am sure that the night she refused the HS Baptism, after watching her husband receive, was because the devils inside know that when He comes they will get evicted.
