The video also gives some more background on the 1999 meeting that Copeland is talking about where the RCC had the Lutheran denomination agree to a statement on "salvation by grace through faith unto good works" that a bishop Tony Palmer is trying to have Pentecostal/Charismatics including Copeland agree to. That's a funny fusion of RCC and Lutheran doctrine that I think no pope before say 1900 would have agreed on. The statement doesn't discuss all the other problems with the RCC, including the idea that the RCC is "the original church" rather than an organization that is an usurper to that role.
Let's hope that the video in the OP amounts to Copeland having a fit of stupidity rather than Pentecostal/Charismatics that don't even have a RCC background suddenly finding themselves under the influence of the RCC in some way. Let's hope it means very little in practical terms.
I view Torben as a modern day version of the Apostle Paul.

Apostle yes, Paul nope. And he certainly isn't infallible. Torben is young, just over 40, so he has many decades ahead of him. Let's see what the future brings !

Definitely not infallible. He has even posted videos saying that he got some things wrong in the past. However, I see Paul's passion and heart for the church in him.

A man with an apostolic vision that is relevant for the Church, yes.
