Also, someone like John Hagee may serve as an example of a phenomenon to be discussed. There are plenty of other big names that seem to be doing what I described in post #54 above. Some times for the shock value as we discussed in relation to Copeland and his statements earlier. With Rick Joyner and his Enoch/Elijah stuff, who knows what's actually going on. "Crazy, new stuff" is quite common even if FireBrand thinks that that is a terrible taskmaster.

You are called to give and answer for what YOU believe not for what OTHERS believe and again you are free to question his doctrine . What you are not free to do is arbitrarily ascribe I'll motive . It really isn't anymore complex than that
Johnny Mac and others are free to do as they would they cannot stop the work of God neither does you concern over them give you or anyone license to ignore proper boundaries

So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

Money per se does not in and of itself define motive. Some believe $ is validation of their ministry, so along those lines, it's not so much about being ill-minded but being simply deceived. But yes, any enterprise of size is money minded, imagine the meters that are spinning on some of those operations and what it takes to feed them. Again, money minded doesn't necessarily mean evil minded.
If a constituency is shoveling money into your ministry it might even be thought "wise" to keep it coming. I'd probably draw the line at a bogus gospel though. Christ first came for the Jews, by offering them a pass you are pretty much negating His ministry. I do understand where Hagee is coming from, it's a tough question but do you really love Jews when you don't preach the cross?
I like John Hagee, been blessed by him. He preaches the gospel powerfully but I don't get the blind spot.

John Hagee may be more comprehensible to other Americans, I don't know.

Singling me out as usual even though every other poster believes exactly the same as I do. Childish and pathetic.

I was referring to his reoccurring behavior, quite obviously.
