If she has that kind of power, I think it's great. No condemnation here.
But why didn't she stop hurricane Harvey

My people? Who? You're not connected to any of my ppl. I didn't see it because I haven't been on FB lately (taking a break). I don't believe Trump stopped the hurricane- how can anyone believe that? It's the worse disaster in our history

It's not "power" that she has, she (and every child of God) has authority over the circumstances that affect us personally, and our family. Luke 10:19
Are you aware of how our authority works? Why didn't Jesus save John the Baptist? Why could He "do no mighty work" in His hometown? Mark 6:4-6
Maybe you should do some intense study on the believer's authority instead of criticizing your fellow sister in the Lord.

It's bad, but I doubt it's the worst. Why have other hurricanes turned and gone out to sea or just dissipated when believers prayed and why did this one not? Only God knows. It's certainly not because people didn't have enough faith. Thousands of Christians just in Canada were (and still are) praying for Houston and area. I guess it's one of those things we'll have to ask the Father when we get to heaven.

That would have been a good idea as it's a natural disaster. But if people had controlled the weather to their liking all the time, with sunshine, mild winds, good temperatures etc then the world would have fallen apart. Varying weather is part of how the ecosystem works whether we find it immediately convenient or not.
