I read Hagin senior and he tells how his son was attacked by a demon that knocked him out in Utah visiting a Mormon temple. He had to cast that demon out of his son and said we need to leave as this is satans territory
Can you explain how satan had authority to attack a Christian child with his godly parents around and have control over Utah.

Going by only my memory I dispute the bolded part of your post.
Did Jesus lie about being given "all authority?"
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...
(Ephesians 4:17-18)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
(Psalm 1)

Why don't you answer the question about his son

This is why we clash.
To me, it seems that you choose to misdirect and never really address my points.
Besides, I asked you first.

Jesus has all authority but he did not 100% remove satans authority over the earth.

And this is where you dislike being challenged by other believers
But I found the quote...page 10 paragraph 5 on booklet Demons volume 4
Hagin said...'well we got on the devils territory and he jumped on you.... Now let's get off the devils territory before he jumps on some of the rest of us'

Does that mean that Jesus currently authorizes the devil to be here and to tempt mankind?
satan is after all, under His Authority.
Or is the devil just still a lawless, rouge spirit?
Again, define authority.
The only authority satan has is what has been given to him.
Currently, because of Adam's 6000 year "earth lease" he has the right, or the authority to be here on the earth for while longer.

First of all, we need to establish what he actually said/wrote and not rely what you, or I, might remember him having said.
How about my follow up questions?
