Yes, I have listened to some and have this study guide

I cannot wrap my mind around pastors and teachers saying this stuff is 'too mystical'...LOL..first time I heard that AFTER understanding it, I thought to myself, "You can't get any more mystical than the God, creator of the universe, who DWELLS in US by His Spirit... and talks to us.."

Mark is good teacher, very methodical...

Yes, I have been practicing these 4 keys this week and it has been wonderful. This morning was powerful. I read in Psalm 105 before I started praying. Then I laid some things at the Lord's feet and started writing what I sensed He was speaking to my heart. When I finished and glanced down at my bible, I started reading Psalm 106 because my bible was still laying opened to that page. What God spoke to me went right along with Psalm 106!
I have been blessed by that all day today!

Long before God got me to that knowledge He used journaling to deliver me from cigarettes..I did not journal or even keep a diary...but He told me to write what I know about Him each time I had a craving...I only had to write twice in a 24 hour period and it was as if I had never smoked...I stumbled on deeper journaling as I began to really study my Bible and as I would begin to write what I meditated about in the scriptures I found myself writing pages and pages..as I look back on that journey I am amazed and in Awe of how patient and direct His leading was..Mark said in the video that God led him out of his denomination to teach him an how scary that is...YEP! But when you want to KNOW Him more than anything, you go...

hmmmm..maybe, I have a chest full of pictures....if I drag them out and remember your request I will check and see...I was delivered 38 years ago...started back when I backslid at age 35 and quit about 10 years later when my mother and brother died from cancer the same year..in my 62 years I smoked 16 years...so for 17 year I have had no temptation to start back....
