Farm Truck, Colonel, Quest, Cardinal TT have any of you considered the arguments made in the article mentioned in the OP, the Bondage of the Will?

Which He could not do without our agreement... Can two walk together, except they be agreed? (Amos 3:3)

Spoken to Israel who were in covenant with God, not the heathen who weren't.

Somethings we may WANT to choose, but can't.
(for example, I cannot choose to be 6' tall and blonde)
They can choose the option but that doesn't imply that they have an ability to make it happen.

It seems some think real life is a fantasy role-playing game where you pick your own character and while "science" knocks us for believing in God it accepts that they can pretend to be something totally contrary to genetic science and behave as if it's real.

So the "heathen" have no responsibility before the Lord for their actions???
In the end, all "heathen" will end up in hell if they don't turn from their sinful lives and come in to a relationship with the Father thru Jesus Christ and actually maintain that relationship.
Then read it and show me where it's wrong.
I'm speaking for myself... My will is not in bondage...

Titus 2:11-15 (NKJV)
11 For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, 12 teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, 13 looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, 14 who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
15 Speak these things, exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no one despise you.

Yes, and some claim verse 11 means all people will be saved as they argue for universalism

No, I didn't say that.
What I'm saying is that Amos is talking about two in a relationship walking with each other. No two people with different opinions agreeing with each other.
The book of Amos is about Israel's guilt and punishment, not salvation.
