Rom 14:6 He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. He who eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he who does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat, and gives God thanks.

re: "Gal 4:10 You observe days and months and seasons and years."

    What is your point?

re: "Col 2:16 So let no one judge you in food or in drink, or regarding a festival or a new moon or sabbaths..."

Judge with regarding to what about those things?

re: "Rom 14:5 One person esteems one day above another; another esteems every day alike. Let each be fully convinced in his own mind. Rom 14:6 He who observes the day, observes it to the Lord; and he who does not observe the day, to the Lord he does not observe it. The context of the whole chapter from beginning to end has to do with regard to food practices

Verse 6 explains to what verse 5 is referring. Verse 6 is talking about eating or not eating on certain days of the week.
The specific reason that Paul wrote the chapter is summed up in verse 20: "Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of food". The Sabbath is never mentioned.

So, Romans 14 can't really be used as a proof text for teaching that Christians aren't obligated to observe the Sabbath.

Our life is a sabbath, and a sabbath rest. We are supposed to be worshiping Him all the time in and with our lives.

Do this, and if you are not a wicked man, and a stranger to God, you will soon have as much of the spirit of prayer as your body can sustain. -Charles Finney 'The Spirit of Prayer' from 'Lectures On Revivals of Religion'

This is the day which the Lord has made lets us be glad and rejoice in it (Psm 118:24).
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

The minister who wrote that song was one of my Bible College Lecturers. He told us how he wrote that song and someone sneaky in the USA copyrighted it and was getting royalties.
He wrote to the appropriate christian music organisation and proved he was the writer and they recognised him and later received royalties. When he wrote it he didn't even think about the finances

At one stage in the late seventies it was the most popular song in western christendom
