Colonel ... I edited my comment can you change the above quote to reflect that
In regard to your question....
I make it very clear that Todd is guilty and thankfully he has gone on video and admitted and confessed his sins - I heard him
Stephen Powell is not a man of character from what has been exposed about him. Because he said the truth about Todd that does not dismiss his own past deception and lack of accountability in his own life. If you throw stones you better have clean hands yourself.
There has been 3 MAJOR SERIOUS allegations that have been neglected.
1. Accusations that Todd and his wife Jessa were swingers.
2. Accusations that Todd was involved in homosexuality
3. Accusations that Todd was involved in pedophilia
Why didn't the panel comment - these are Major offenses that should be either dismissed or verified.
Is it righteous to leave his wife suffering without exoneration and leave people believing Todd is guilty of the above - they are either true or false
Why was his wife's pain and anguish not considered if she is indeed innocent????
Why is abuse and slander of his wife and Todd not corrected if they are innocent of the above?
God is TRUTH and that means the whole truth
BTW I have posted the above questions to both Dr Brown and Stephen Powell on their FB page - a first for me

I see that you added that Todd Bentley is guilty but that doesn't necessarily mean that everything Stephen Powell has said about him is correct.
Regarding the accusation of homosexuality some would say that since it's already adultery (not just fornication) then it doesn't matter much which gender. And that if his wife is a swinger then it doesn't place Bentley in a new category and as far as I know his wife isn't being investigated. Pedophilia, are there accusations involving minors or outright children ? Maybe they are ignoring that because they didn't find anything.
Maybe Powell left because he felt or even knew that blowing the whistle while staying within that organization would create a lot more problems for him. To stay and fight can be a daunting task. And whatever his motivations were, he did blow the whistle. Who knows for how long things would have continued if he hadn't had the zeal to do so.
A person can be guilty of a sin but it is still slander if that person is accused of other sins without evidence.
God hates lying and only speaks truth.
The problem is many of Todd's accusers are speaking the truth and also slandering - that is sin in God's eyes
If Todd is indeed guiltily of these 3 other things then there should be evidence and witnesses.
Also we cannot ignore his wife and let terrible insinuations be over her life without proving the validity or falsehood of them.
This to me is basic scriptural honesty and integrity
John 7:24 - Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment.
Imagine a policeman gives you a ticket for speeding.
A week later you get a court summons for drink driving. You know you are guilty of speeding but should you accept the lie of drink driving.
Not about downplaying its about accusing the person of the sins he committed not adding false ones.
Even secular society only charges a person with the crimes he committed. You don't add similar crimes to the list if they are not true
Todd is guilty of sins a,b,c - the church needs to deal with the actual sins.
It is totally unrighteous and unscriptural to add sins x,y,z to Todd

Have been commenting on a guy's FB page called Ron Cantor who is a friend of Micheal Brown.
I have challenged him about his original videos on Todd and he obviously doesn't like it. Imo he wanted to bring Todd down and did not remain impartial.
He has a valid point about Todd's first family which I support him but he shows no concern for his his second wife and family
We are to operate in truth and righteousness in exposing a persons sins and there is unrighteousness occurring on both sides by Todd's defenders and Todd's detractors
