Nah, he's not down on any manifestations, just saying that we need discernment as to what is flesh, what is demonic and what is actually Holy Spirit. In a church service you might witness all 3 in operation on any given day.

They may have been looking up Dr. Brown for some local support. Their new Jesus Center, "The Ark" is in North Carolina.

They are saying that a genuine encounter with the Holy Spirit should produce fruit in the life of those who are experiencing the encounter.

I would agree with them. You should listen to the whole interview. Pretty insightful.

I'm not sure it's possible to interpret him like that and I did listen to the entire thing. It's not a language problem either since he's a Scandinavian who's trying to communicate in the English language.

There have been some recent videos by ministers supporting Todd which at first
I wanted to ignore as I believed they didn't want to make TB accountable and were biased in his favour.

After listening and if what they say is true they make scriptural and relevant points how some of this investigation has gone off track and why TB removed himself from the authority of the panel.

There were promises made to TB that all the people on the panel were supposed to be impartial but it seems that is not the case.
TB's defenders also have evidence that some of the 'victims' were pressured to make statements against TB

There are some other things mentioned which detracts from the panels credibility.

TB's own confession shows he needs a lot of spiritual help, repentence and correction but the investigation panel will only damage their assessment if there is any truth to what is happening behind the scenes.

TB has definitely sinned but there are also some terrible accusations which need to be proven true or totally rejected. TB implicitly rejects some of the worst ones.

Either way the church is taking a huge hit and many believers are hurting.

I trust the final conclusion by Dr Brown will address TB and his restoration process but also if there has been impartial behaviour by anyone on the panel if it proves true.

    The truth sets us free

They let TB become too big to begin with, listening to Rick Joyner's early rants (his own term) about the situation convinced me of that. He made him sound like Branham or "God's evangelist for our times" and he had far less substance than Branham and others actually did have. Whenever a pivotal character like that takes a fall it's going to hurt a lot.

No doubt TB was exalted beyond what is proper and we can all see the damage.

TB needs correction and major accountability but is this secret panel scriptural and will it end up causing more division in the church.
What Jesus said about Matthew 18 isn't supposed to be secret.

Not saying I have the answer but we need to stick to scripture as close as possible

I think you are giving too much credit to the panel. We all have discernment and are not ruled over by officialdom, it's likely that most believers have already decided who they will follow.

    I keep saying that!

Everything seems too big about this. Todd Bentley, the number of his offenses over time, the difficulty for victims to be heard, the scale of the resulting panel. It reminds me of predators from the world of the CEO/celebrity and celebrity CEO, especially in America. I ask myself what the difference is and possibly the only difference is that even his peers have (or had) a tendency to place unlimited faith in him, seeing every accusation against him as an attack from an enemy going after "God's anointed".

I know there's a balance, but he seems to have swung to the other extreme. In the other video he basically says if he saw anybody shaking he would cast the devil out.

I was with one of our missionaries this past weekend and he told me that TLR had come to Dr Brown's church in Charlotte not too long ago and wanted to meet with Dr Brown. Dr Brown wasn't around, so he didn't get to. Not sure if he was there to 'straighten him out' or what, but he did want to meet with him.
Torben actually speaks very highly of Dr. Brown in one of his videos. I think he probably wanted to meet him because he respects him.

It probably has something to do with the video he just made where he also address Todd Bently's issues.
