That page doesn't contain the actual lab results, only a one sentence quote from it. Nor does this link :

It would be nice to see the page with the actual lab results on it without commentary. Can anyone find that ?
Claims that a Bible in Dalton is flowing with oil may be undermined by new information
Claims that a Bible in Dalton is flowing with oil undermined by new information | Chattanooga Times Free Press
I initially believed it was true so this latest info is concerning
It should be olive oil not mineral oil
"In December 2019, two Dalton Tractor Supply managers visually identified Pearce and said he consistently bought gallons of mineral oil. However, company policies barred them from providing more specific customer information."
So how does he do it ?
"...strongly suggests that the oil sample is mineral oil."
'Strongly suggest'. So why can't they positively identify it?
The revival in Dawsonville (North GA Revival) is not a product of this Bible and oil though. They've had them there, but the revival is a totally separate thing. I've been there a couple of times. Once to visit and Billy Humpries was preaching, the second time to see David Hogan. I hooked up Dr Brown and the pastor and Dr Brown is going to be there for 2 services on March 8th. David Hogan is coming back in May for a two day men's conference. Hundreds of people baptized every week. Some salvations, but I would say the baptisms are more of a 'Pool of Bethesda' though. Many people healed.

Updated at 9:55 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020: The team hosting the events posted on its website that the Bible stopped flowing with oil on Jan. 10, though they made no mention of this at its weekly gatherings since that day or when speaking to the Times Free Press nearly two weeks later. The group stopped distributing oil on Feb. 4 and will no longer hold services in Dalton, according to the online statement.
