The Church has made it difficult with policy and comfort. And I’m not talking about Methodists and Presbyterians.

I know that the last reformation practice that a lot and I'm not saying this to criticize since God can do many different things. But my question is : can you find an example from the Bible where evil spirits came out during or in conjunction with water baptism ?

Having trouble finding an example?

I can't recall having come across one. Maybe in conjunction with it ? That can be harder to spot.

Then it would be interesting to discuss why they did things differently in the Bible. And what we should copycat or not copycat in terms of methods, and why.

Seriously? Questioning people getting delivered during baptism just because we don’t see it recorded in the Bible? Just because it wasn’t recorded, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I call that being so hard nosed on the Word that you miss the S/spirit.

Copycat? We follow in principle as it is. What you are trying to propose is not geared toward water baptism but rather, deliverance. Try to define that in a copycat method.
Freedom. At any point where deliverance takes place, if you try to confine it to one or two biblical examples to which you can copycat...you have in effect restricted the outcome.

Nope.

I'm sure it happened and wasn't recorded.

I think you missed the implication. The Last Reformation movement is basically about doing things like they did in the book of Acts. The following verse is a blueprint they use a lot :
Acts 2:38 “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
In fact, every word of it, including that people should be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ rather than "in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit" as most Charismatics do.
There is also a large focus on healing and deliverance since there is a lot of that throughout the gospels and the book of Acts.
The experience of the leaders of the movement is that there is a lot of deliverance going on during water baptism. But it doesn't seem to me that an expectation of that can be derived from anything in the book of Acts that one could then use as a blueprint in the same manner that Acts 2:38 is used as a blueprint. It's rather "what happens to be the experience of the last Reformation guys". Just like other movements have other experiences that belong to their movement and aren't seen that much in other movements - nor in the Biblical accounts (slayings in the Spirit, gold dust, holy laughter etc).
