One of the interim instructors from Rhema somewhat criticized putting these photos up on Social Media, thinking that the ministers motives weren't proper and that it appears they are "boasting" about having access to the President. Some agreed with him, but most of us, including myself strongly disagreed.

I guess he's concerned about how the world, the News media, and other ministers are reacting and complaining about how the office of the President is being disrespected by allowing the American people to view these displays of the President being prayed for and having hands laid on him.

I was delighted that Pastor Rodney did this interview and that someone posted it on the instructor's FB page. I don't know if it changed his mind, but I for one am glad it's being shown in Social Media. The country and many believers, particularly baby Christians need to be encouraged and reassured that God is back in the White House and that we have a President that honors Him. #MAGA

I agree. And America needs to see the president being prayed for and hands being laid on him. It's scriptural. The world needs to see scriptural thing like this.

Wow..I had not seen him in a while..was stunned at his weight loss! I guess laying on of hands and praying is odd to the world...

    *sigh..

    sometimes I hate being odd-man-out.

I'm not comfortable with this at all.. If it had been in his private, living quarters, perfect..

but, tell me how you all would have been (or would be) OK with a Muslim president having a prayer rug in there? or the imans coming in?

Yes, right now, it's honoring to God, and I'm glad Trump is having people pray for/with him. But, this sets precedent. The oval office is the main center of the presidency, it needs to be kept to business.

I don't think is was particularly wise to post the photo. The carnal folks cannot understand the things of the Spirit, so it makes for more mockery.

The USA was founded on Judeo-Christian principles and it was the norm to incorporate God and prayer into official business settings. No one other than a Christian should ever be our President.

I'm not arguing differently. But, the reality is, we've had all kinds of men there who, while claiming Christianity, have not demonstrated it.

We all know things can change on that. What "should" and what "is" are two different animals.

And, if we're ok with what's happening now, we're going to have difficulty arguing when things change.

I, personally, want all of it out of the oval office. You might not be old enough to remember JFK, but there was a HUGE bruhaha about him and the Pope. He kept it out of the oval office.
