I know. The pastor in Bergen was asked if he wanted Todd White and he didn't know who that was. He eventually said yes and Todd White visits the same time every year. It's totally God's provision because Bergen is definitely not a natural choice for a minister with a worldwide itinerary. Not even with a European itinerary.

You going? You ever seen him in person?

No, I haven't seen him in person. The meeting typically coincides with a huge children's festival my church has every year (almost a thousand children) where I help out. So far I've been content to watch the meeting on television or youtube. He also holds meetings in Stockholm which is easier to reach from Oslo than Bergen is.

Todd White was talking about Smith Wigglesworth in a recent video, how he once walked up to a casket during a funeral, picked up the corpse and thrust the man up against the wall and commanded him to live. "This better work" Todd commented. Had to be the gift of faith operating, there was no "let's see if this works and if not..." Maybe we'll see or hear about Todd White doing something similar in the future, he's clearly pressing on towards the fullness of Jesus' instructions for his disciples which includes raising the dead as a demonstration of the gospel. That's the spirit.

The way I heard it (and I don't remember from where or from who) that the dead guy actually just slid down the wall, and Smith picked him up against the wall again and commanded him to walk, again, and the guy just slid down the wall. Smith then jerked the guy up again against he wall and yelled "I SAID WALK!" and the guy came back.
This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...
(Ephesians 4:17-18)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
(Psalm 1)

The gift of faith can be overwhelming but one has to act or keep acting on the faith given.
The other account he talked about was where Wigglesworth kicked a dead baby across the stage and the baby tumbled around until it was up on its feet walking. I'm pretty sure he did that only once...
