It has come to my attention that some women may overdress. Now that is a different kind of problem for the church.

As a woman, I think it's important to keep all the "girlie bits" covered up. Whether that be with a long shirt or dress over leggings (what we call them here in the South) or a tank under a low cut blouse. Granted, the same is true for men...I don't think tight slim fitting jeans are appropriate either, nor are pants hanging down below your underwear.
All that said...if an actual hooker showed up in our church looking for deliverance, then I say, "come on in honey, in WHATEVER you're wearing". Let's let God deal with your dress, while we show you love.

I have a couple of shirts that make me look worse than I do in a plain t-shirt. How they actually fit me matters a lot. So I don't wear those much. Which is the opposite of what some guys would do given that there is nothing that those shirts don't cover. They aren't ridiculously tight either.

This is one area that I struggle with...it doesn't matter what I wear the women think I'm a hunk of burning love...its not right to be treated like an object

Just wear a Burkha then raise your voice if men or lesbians get too interested.

If you wear something that's "modest" and you're still attractive physically, that's no fault of your own. No one should expect you to start going to Ahab to get a tent made for church going.
