So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.

I respect his opinion and diagnosis but he is still blind to the cause.

I think it is a good article, a true article. I also think it is primarily wasted.

Sure. I guess just give the credit to Bert and/or leave a link to his page.

I really wish the people that keep telling this story would name this so-called "more than an apostle", and the preacher that admonished the people to bow before him. It's hard to believe unless it can be verified. If the preacher that claimed to be present won't say who these false teachers are, why should he be believed?

You know, I believe I read the story firsthand when it happened, but even the person that wrote the article that I believe was there didn't disclose who it was. I could be wrong about them being there though.
But regardless, there is much foolishness going on in Charismatic circles that's the equivalent to that. I certainly agree with everything else he said. As far as I'm concerned he still more than made his case even without that story.

I remember reading the story on CCC way back in the early 2000's. When accusations of this kind are made against the Church, then whoever makes them shouldn't be afraid to name names. Why all the secrecy as to who these preachers are? And it's always directed against Charismatic and WOF preachers.
At least men like Hank Hanegraff aren't afraid to name the preachers they believe are false teachers. I don't care for his propaganda and false assertions, but I can respect that he's not afraid to name those whose doctrine he despised or disagrees with.
