Thread: Does your church have a dress code?

  1. #11
We had a problem at our family camp a few years back when a young woman wore a really skimpy bathing suit. She got offended when one of our elders felt he had to speak to her.

In case anyone missed it Revkev/Doc posted this meme on that FB thread...its a take off on those church police memes John used to post.

I went to a church (briefly) where being on the praise and worship team I was asked to wear a long navy blue or black jacket to cover my rear end. The guys were fine to wear a suit coat though. I guess women don't like to look at men's rear ends?!

Well, I hate to bring this up, but...well...maybe it was just your rear end they were concerned about.

Dress codes are appropriate. They had them in the Bible and people need something to keep them in line.

Why didn't he show compassion and leave her alone?
