Maybe Benny should use a hanky to save wear and tear on his coats!

I've seen this stuff before and I'm not sure he even does it anymore. It seems overly dramatic, but the question is, "Were there results - As in healings and deliverances?" I think the answer would be yes. Then I would say that he can swing his coat all he wants.

I was able to attend a Benny Hinn meeting almost 20 years ago and with one swoosh of his arm all the people standing at the front and for a number of rows back, fell under the power of the Holy Spirit.

When he did that in Norway in a meeting in 89, someone fell backwards onto an old lady who broke her arm or leg.

Arild Edvardsen who was a leading figure in the Norwegian Pentecostal movement preached in the US once and stretched out his arm to wipe off sweat from his brow or something and people fell in heaps in front of him. I don't doubt that Benny Hinn has that gift but some people tend to "manifest" first then ask later if it was the power of God. Peer pressure / group dynamics is also a part of this.
