Remediation like that is rarely without long term consequences...

In 2 weeks we are moving back to our home in Boyne. Knowing this would be a 2 year stay we have enjoyed the rugged wilderness and not knowing what you will see come across the yard at the lakefront or hear echoing through the swamp at night. We wont miss the brutal cold. Temps are colder here than at Pellston by a considerable margin. Pellston is nicknamed The Icebox Of The Nation. I will not forget those 2 mornings I stepped out at -40 and not being able to see the mercury on the thermometer. Boyne gets cold but not like this. Anyways, I’ll be done posting on this thread soon.

What great memories you have from the lakehouse tho. I'm sure you'll have some nice adventures once you're back home too. :)

One of these years I'm going to fly up there and see you. Let's see...in a 172...the closest airport is Bakers Field right outside the city...just a little over 7 hours.

Boyne City Municipal is just down the street. Man, 7 hours in a 172? That sounds painful.

Not as painful as 14 hours in a car.

It might happen sooner than we both think. I'm gonna work on it.
I guess that means we'll have to fly and go see krystian too and let her take us out for some pierogis.
