Help me identify this
There are many many berries on these trees in my yard. But what is it? I've ruled out elderberries unfortunately.

As to poisonous, this is from your link...I wouldn't eat any.
The berry-like fruits of common buckthorn act as a laxative. Birds commonly eat the fruits and serve as effective dispersers given the fruits’ laxative qualities. The fruit would have the same impact on people, accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and colic...

The Latin name alone should be a warning: rhamnus catharticus. It causes vomiting and diarrhea.
