    So the bottom line is, the first 3 don't touch and the rest don't eat.

    Lol...no, it's a mix. For example stinging nettle is on there later and it really does sting if it touches you. Ask me how I know.

    But stinging nettle is also the cure for the sting. Also, stinging nettle tea (or capsules) is really good for seasonal allergies.

    I know that nettle is very nutritious and can be consumed if prepared properly, but what is this cure for the sting?
