    Microsoft recommended browser settings notice

I've been getting this notice from Microsoft for the last few days when I turn on my laptop:

    https://ie11welcome.microsoft.com/en-us/index.html

I usually ignore their suggestions but they're being pesty and it keeps appearing every day. What is it about? Do I 'need' to change something?

They just want to set your browser home page to msn.com and your search engine to Bing.

    You can safely ignore it.

You can avoid major, expensive repair costs with an extended service plan for your Pontiac. Many vehicle repairs can cost thousands of dollars in unexpected expense, now may be the time to consider an extended service plan for your vehicle.
