I agree in that an actual surveillance unit would not actually call themselves that. That's funny and it would take me by surprise to see something like that pop up on my device!
My wifi is available out in my yard, here on the acreage. When I pull up, my phone will switch over from LTE to wifi while I'm sitting in the car and the router is on the other side of the house from the deck. We had guests in a travel trailer farther across the yard a few years ago and they could pick up a weak wifi signal.

PS ..... that's an old picture. No snow in our yard yet!!!
LOL just figured I'd better clear that up. We are in full fall color here, tho. It's beautiful.

Nah, I went to school with a boy named Lucian, the name per se is not demonic:

Catchy I get that occasionally. I'm next door to a bank. So I've always assumed it had something to do with them.

"Lucian" is the name of several Christian martyrs from the time before Christianity was made the Roman state religion. Lucifer is the Latin word for morningstar and the Vulgate, the Latin translation of the Bible from the 300s AD, translates morningstar in 2 Peter 1:19 as Lucifer, making the word refer to Jesus Christ. The word really means lightbearer.
