Thing is, it's not really about you. Loss of privacy is about power, your acceptance of the surveillance state puts us all at risk. You may think, even rightfully so that you have "nothing to hide" today but you don't make the rules. Tomorrow the rules can (and will) change.
BTW, the "nothing to hide" idea is propagated by google.
