Well, that's the thing. I wonder how it will play out. Will he be removed for his own safety? Or what????? Like I said...plays like a cliffhanger.

I thought it was interesting that on "pods" where there is more than one participant, they don't know who the other (participants) are, though it looks as though the women figure it out.

The other thing that was 'interesting' is they had a Bible study, talking about love, forgiveness, praying together, etc, and then when it's over they discuss how they are going to 'get' the teacher. Talk about jailhouse religion. lol.

I watched episode 1 on On Demand. It is good. Gonna try and watch another episode before the weekend is over. Is Maryum Ali a lesbian?

I know, right? I couldn't figure out though, if the dudes in the bible study were the troublemakers or not. They all wear t-shirts, shorts, and have tats....

The second episode is even better. At the end you'll be screaming at the teacher. Not sure if Maryum is a lesbian. I like the cop lesbian...she seems pretty cool, and knew how to handle herself (I'd expect that from someone in law enforcement, just like the Marine knew how to fit in quickly as well).

And another thing, the Bible study was over, and he just had to hold them all up one more time to put another 2 cents in. I said to my wife, "He just doesn't know when to shut up. It's over. Just leave." And oh yeah, he would hold/put out his hands like everybody else. This guy is just thinking of ways to screw up.

Well, that's one of the reasons the show is so fascinating. The teacher was so haughty and what was amazing to me is that the inmates caught onto him in like.....oooohhh....2 seconds flat. Just goes to show you that if you don't apply the really good instruction given, and ignore everything you were taught, you'll be found out very quickly. All of the excellent instruction given to these guys really was spot-on from what I can tell. I agree....it's like self-sabotage is this guys' middle name. Like watching a train wreck.

What makes the show so fascinating is watching how all of these guys (and ladies) are taking part in adjusting to prison life.

What makes the teacher guy so unbelievable is how he honestly thinks everything is just honky dory....LOL....

Seriously. "I think I'm really connecting with these guys" or whatever.

I just watched the three episodes On Demand..Robert (the teacher)..Oh.my.God...I'm thinking he's gonna get hurt.

Barbra (the little Suzy homemaker/Christian housewife) kinda worries me too.

Maryum is gonna stick out like a sore thumb due to her pedigree and how she was raised...

Overall, I like the series, I'm hooked!

I know, right?! I really wasn't interested at ALL, but the trailer looked a bit compelling. After just a half hour into the first episode, I was fascinated. Now I can't wait for the next episode, and I have to wait almost a week, lol......I just hafta see if they pull Robert out before they do serious damage to him.
