    Only Murders in the Building...

Heard so many glowing recommendations for this series that I thought I'd catch the premier on ABC last night...

Well, 20 minutes into the show, I heard God-D#$* at least three times.

It's a shame, because it was so well done and delightful - I found it to be funny, intelligent and very entertaining - However, I simply refuse to watch anything that curses God's name

Crossed it off my "Must Watch List"

I started watching it with my wife and it was enjoyable but got turned off with all the swearing so no longer watch.
It's a shame as they don't need to put all that junk in.

I hate all the fowl language Hollywood puts in their movies and television productions. I don't watch very much TV anymore. But if do, and they start using God and Jesus name in vain, I get up turn off the one-eyed devil, and walk away. I don't go to movies much anymore either. I like action movies and certain favorite stars that lead in them. I will roll the dice and go in some cases depending on the movie star playing in the movie. Sometimes, I would lose the money I paid for a ticket and the popcorn because I couldn't take hearing the Lord's name taken in vain and would walk out before the movie ended. I also watched violent movies when I was growing up. So, I limit watching those kinds of movies. But sometimes if a movie star I am a fan of (Denzel Washington, Mel Gipson), I will go. But I've really got to watch that kind of stuff (not go to those kind of movies) because the Lord deals with me and I feel like I have grieved the Holy Spirit. It's not worth the cost to let Him down, when I know what the right thing to do is in order.

Therefore, to one who knows the right thing to do,
and does not do it, to him it is sin (James 4:17).

What is the right thing to do (for me)?
    Put Philippians 4:8 into action.
If you put God First, you have Him at Last.

I started watching but couldn't get into it. I must have quit before the language or I didn't notice it.

It's been Classic TV for me for years now. The only network programs I watch are Jeopardy!, Blue Bloods, Sports, and a few TV specials. I can't stand all the nudity and sex filled programs on TV now.
