I don't know if you remember, but in one of the earlier seasons a man appeared who claimed to be the lost family member on the Titanic. Nobody believed him and he left and was not heard from again. I don't expect he will return, but each season I've wondered if something would eventually come of that.

I wonder what would have happened if my proposed Pentecostal ending had been applied to the Christmas finale. It would have created quite some public outrage, I'm quite sure of that. It would have been more realistic than about half of what has been going on in the series, as a matter of fact.

I'm kind of dissappointed, but only because I wanted it to continue. My favorite series through all times. I was waiting for the father of Marigold to miraculously turn up.

Early on I kept expecting Marigold's father to be alive, but I finally gave up. I am so glad Tom came back. I love his character! I always knew there was a better side to Barrow.
