Ezekiel 33 (12-03-2020)

I did a search and can't find where I've used the word "wrathful" TT. Other(s) have though. And I doubt if I'd call God "angry and full of vengeance" because that's not how He is.
Some stats below, and it isn't that often TT, but God's wrath is a central part of the Gospel message. Jn 3:36 says, "The one who believes in the Son has eternal life; but the one who does not obey the Son will not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him", and this verse, declaring the state of all unbelievers, is just as important in presenting the Gospel as Jn 3:16.

You are being disingenuous...You know exactly what I mean and so do others who have read previous posts
Because you never used the word 'wrathful' doesn't mean you haven't portrayed God that way and promoted that view on here
Please answer the question ...Do you tell unsaved family, friends, neighbours, colleagues, general public how God's wrath abides on them?
Do you talk regularly about God's wrath to fellow believers?
If you don't then you are practising hypocrisy....If God's wrath is so important then you need to spread it EVERYWHERE not just on this forum

Regarding previous discussions about God's wrath.
If members can honestly say FFO does not highlight and promote God as wrath, anger, vengeful - I will make a public apology of accusing him wrongly in my above comments.
(That doesn't mean FFO hasn't commented on many other topics)
There is a funny side to this which gave me a chuckle - thanks FFO
FFO you said...Do you recognise the irony...You made the above comment on this thread which you called - On The Wrath Of God and then told us 6 major points to God's wrathI did a search and can't find where I've used the word "wrathful" TT. Other(s) have though. And I doubt if I'd call God "angry and full of vengeance" because that's not how He is.

I think it must be understood that God's wrath is directed at SIN. His love is directed at sinners (to redeem them). When sinners embrace their sinfulness, they're embracing that which angers God. Thus when His wrath is poured out against sin, those who love sin will be rewarded as sin is rewarded. Those who escape the wrath of God by renouncing sin and embracing righteousness will be saved. The point is that God is righteous in his anger and judgement against sin. Those who are wise will depart from sin and accept the free gift of Christ's righteousness.
