And... each person decides what level of consecration they walk in.

Consecration simply means to be dedicated and set apart unto the Lord, holy.

It's not like God squirts some people with His "consecration gun" and others are just left out.

It does sound like stuff they would come up with when talking about God over at the blasphemy site back in the nineties. Now I am quite sure that you didn't mean it like that in any way, but it does sound a bit like it. They would have done a much better job of making it sound like that of course.

The religious folks used to say when someone was gifted that God must have squirted them with special anointing...

It's really obscure scripture that no many have found yet.
