This verse contradicts the theory that the gospel of John was written to "mature Christians" :
John 20:30 And truly Jesus did many other signs in the presence of His disciples, which are not written in this book;
31 but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

It comes from your comments and the way you write ...what's in your heart comes out and you love the Calvinist God who is MOSTLY about anger, wrath, judgment and legalistic obedience
I prefer Jesus who showed forth God as pure love and that obedience comes from loving him

The "Gospel" of John was written towards the end of his life and was to counteract a heresy going around (and still exists in the JW's) that Jesus was a God rather than the truth that Jesus was God.

Prove it.

If they did some research they'd discover that Mark and Luke are better for unbelievers to learn about Jesus, Mark being full of what Jesus did, and Luke full of words, stories like the prodigal son.

So people are supposed to believe your comment and wherever you got it from above Colonels quote of John's own writing

Noone here is going to take your word for it.
In addition to the quote from John 20:30-31, we have the testimony of the church father Eusebius :
"But, last of all, JOHN, perceiving that the external facts had been made plain in the Gospel, being urged by his friends, and inspired by the Spirit, composed a spiritual Gospel." This is the account of Clement." (Eusebius, Ecclesiastical History 6.14.5-7).
