And what difference does it make to God if someone pays 2/7 of the tithe mentioned in your verse from Malachi rather than 3/7 as you prescribe ? Or 2/5 or whatever amount ?

The tithe is the tenth. Just obey. That's all. No law to it!

Just obey what part of the Bible that defines the total tithing burden as 1/10 of the income ? Or are we simply to obey your tradition ?

You just defined your own tradition. The tradition of the singular tithing system. Found absolutely nowhere whatsoever in the Bible.

2 Corinthians 1:20 For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.
So all those promises have received their yes and amen in Christ. Does that mean that we should now keep all the commandments in the ceremonial law, as Deuteronomy 28-29 talks about and the verse from Malachi discusses specifically in relation to the parts of the ceremonial law discussing tithes ? Nope.
There are commandments in the ceremonial law about not eating shellfish, not mixing certain types of fabric, commandments concerning menstruating women and the seats they previously sat on etc. We can't separate out commandments from the ceremonial law and go with those in order to get God's blessings and skip the other parts of the ceremonial law. There is no provision made for that either in the old or the new covenant.
The blessings have received their yes and amen in Christ but their release is no longer based on keeping the law, whether the moral or the ceremonial law which the tithes are part of.
You can dance all around the issue all you like, but tithing is a spiritually discerned matter---between God and His children. No one is forcing you to tithe, and no one can tell me that He doesn't desire me to tithe, because He has shown me in His word and by His Spirit that it is what He desires from me, His child. He speaks this to those who are listening.

The only thing that would have happened if you had approached the Levites with 1/10 of your income is that they would have demanded that you would complete your obligation involving the remaining 4/30. There is no provision made anywhere for reducing the total tithing burden from 7/30 to 1/10, that is a perversion of the set of commandments being discussed.
God has not made me mathematically adept. To Him, a tithe is enough. After that, it is simply offerings.

So you're making it a Charismatic thing where the Holy Spirit speaks this command to tithe to everyone completely apart from his Word. That's interesting.

Are you talking about the God who wrote the Bible and included three different tithes in the law or are you talking about something else ?

I'm talking about the God of the bible who desires His children to tithe to the local church as a practice of complete trust in Him to provide them with all things they need in all areas of life---and more.
