I agree. I will just stick to the Bible without the long video.
Romans 6:3-4 the Apostle Paul puts the matter this way:
Don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ were baptized into his death? We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.
It means:
1. It means we have turned from the old life of sin to a new life in Jesus Christ.
2. It means we are publicly identifying with the death, burial and resurrection of Christ.
3. It means we are openly joining the ranks of those who believe in Christ.

BUT .... I searched for 1:05 (that's one hour and 5 min in) and saw the explanation. It's brief, but very effective.

It's the part about Egypt wanting the new believer back and thus pursuing him. The Red Sea is the picture of baptism, cutting off Egypt (the world) from our new life. I think it starts at 1 hour, five minutes and goes for a minute or two. It really starts at about 1 hour, five minutes, and 47 seconds, when he talks to the young man.
