Of course not but people notice such discrepancies and the person is rendered a less than good witness for what he promotes.

I agree...what I was addressing was more on the judging side...rejecting truth because of the less than perfect messenger...

We can rebuke Christians for doing that but that doesn't help much with the world.

My apologies for sidetracking the thread....I don't have a problem with Dr Caroline Leafs teaching and if people are being blessed then that is good
Glad that Kenneth Copeland has put her on TV

I listened to a You Tube video this morning of Dr. Leaf teaching on the Sower Sows the Word. She parallels that with the woman with the issue of blood..
As I listened I witnessed all kinds of fireworks in my brain! Seriously, scriptures started flooding in during each of the 4 stages of this 33 minute teaching..
1. Intro
2. Woman with issue
3. Sower
4. Conclusion
Well worth the 33 minutes

By the way she is coming up on Copeland again at the end of August. I saw it listed on the back of his magazine. Maybe krys can find the dates online. I looked on his site but couldn't find a schedule.

fuego, she teaches on the woman's issue from an interesting perspective..the faith building process prior to her declaration of "If I can but touch the hem of His garment.'
She states essentially that as a Jewish woman through her struggles she was coming to the point by persistently believing that knowing God of the scriptures as she did there HAD TO BE AN ANSWER..rather than concluding in her heart, there is no hope because I have exhausted all MY resources..
I paraphrased that a lot because it makes total sense to me..
