Seattle just scored 2 TDs in probably less than 30 seconds there.

It's funny to me when a really good team loses and everybody goes bonkers. Nobody wins them all. Just the '72 Dolphins. That just shows you how hard it is to win every game. Although the Patriots did come close and botched it in the SB against the Giants.

And then of course there are the Falcons who I don't even want to talk about.

That's ok I'm rather miffed at the Lions at the moment.

I thought maybe the Falcons might try and get something for Kirk Cousins at the trade deadline yesterday, but they couldn't find any teams to unload him too.

I agree, that was a disappointing loss on Sunday.
The Lions seemed to have been starting off slowly in that contest.
Detroit is known to perform much better than the loss that was handed to them by the Vikings 27-24 defeat.
The Lions should have no problem bouncing back against a deflated Washington Commanders team on Sunday.

Sam Darnold is currently the highest graded Quarterback in the league according to Pro Football Focus (PPF) and also has the highest big-time throw rate.

Bring in new Seahawk receiver Rashid Shaeed whom Seattle got from Saints at the trade deadline on Tuesday for the Seahawks 2026 4th and 5th round draft picks.
The explosive and speedy receiver will probably be on the field Sunday when Seattle hosts the Arizonia Cardinals at Lumen field.
Gary Kubiak was Shaeeds OC at New Orleans last year, so he is already familiar the Kubiak offensive scheme.
Sam now has a double deep ball threat in Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Rashid Shaheed. Opposing defenses are going to have to prepare harder to cover the deep ball threat because of this Seattle trade.
Rashid Shaeeds other QB, Derek Carr had this to say about the Seattle-Saints trade deal on Tuesday, "Just throw Rashid the bomb, and he'll do the rest."
The Seattle Seahawks just got better yesterday in my humble opinion.
