Not for the "he men just eat meat" people

Tomorrow, I'm making pancakes for breakfast!

    2 large eggs
    2 tbsp of cream cheese
sugar free sweetener to taste (I don't use any since I use sugar free syrup)
    pinch of cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a blender (I use a handheld inversion blender)
let sit for a couple minutes while you heat the skillet!
2 minutes (make sure top is dry) and flip for another 30 seconds. Drizzle with sugar free syrup and enjoy!

These come out thin like crepes, but are really good! They don't taste "eggy" at all.

They come out decent with just eggs and cream cheese? Do they taste like pancakes at all?

I think they do. They just won't be fluffy.

It was good! I was thinking about adding in some chopped walnuts or blueberries next time.
