Here is the artist of it he posted. One person did comment on his photo on Instagram and said this, so I guess this could be an interpretation of it.
"Looking at his stuff, it’s all dark satire in where we are as humans. As offensive as that art was, in getting context, I think he was editorializing on where we have come as humans-that we are throwing away human children in order to save the planet."
So there's a Catholic anti-contraception perspective to it, that we are "guilty" of not having as many children as we possibly could have ?
