    Hard choice, maybe the carrot. Most carrot cakes I've had are kinda on the dry side and the frosting isn't always real cream cheese.

    This is the only carrot cake I really like, it has crushed pineapple as one of the ingredients which makes it rich and moist...I omit the raisins and coconut when I make it tho:

    I'm ok having only vanilla.

    but, I'll be ok with lemon or chocolate

    If left with only those choices it was a toss up between carrot and chocolate...chocolate lost to carrot....

    I have always preferred chocolate cake but now not so much unless it is home made. Store bought cakes can be anywhere from good to acky.

    On a side note dgs had very bright blue frosting on his birthday cupcakes to match the theme of the party. Everyone that ate one, including me, went home with bright blue lips and teeth and tongues plus any we got on our hands! It was very difficult to remove!
