This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity (futility) of their mind, having the understanding darkened...
(Ephesians 4:17-18)
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly...
(Psalm 1)

I wasn't exactly sure where to post this since one does not have to be "Pentecostal" or "Charismatic" to receive from God through simple dogged faith in His Word alone.

Awesome testimony!!!
It's very important to pay attention to what they did for the six weeks after it happened and they brought her home. Most Christians don't do that kind of thing, even the WoF people like Jerry is. That's the missing element in a lot of instances of receiving a miracle from God with your own faith.

Is it even possible to find that kind of faith without having received the baptism in the Spirit first and then communing with His Spirit regularly ? I don't think it is but I'm not sure if I can prove that from scripture. It does at least seem highly unlikely that anyone would.

Generally speaking, what is the difference in Christians that believe the power of God and miracles and healing are still readily available today and not just giving it lip service (meaning what they hold to in theory they deny practically speaking)? It's the baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Upon reflection, I would tend to agree with everyone's comments.
At the very least, the likelihood of somebody being able to develop and exercise that kind of faith, would have to have been exposed to some genuine Holy Spirit filled preaching or teaching of the Word - which would include the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Yep. And as I said before, look how they went after that miracle. 6 weeks of nothing but the Word, prayer, and declaration of the Word over Terri. No outside input from the world. This is the missing element in receiving from God. I call it 'transforming your hope into something Biblical that your faith can actually give substance to.' If faith is the substance of things hoped for, then the first thing that must be worked on is our hope that has been influenced by 24 hours a day of worldly input. Most just say a prayer, give a confession or two or 20, and then wonder why nothing happened. Six weeks of that will transform your own hope and faith into something that can actually receive a creative miracle from God in spite of the impossible circumstances. It's what 'meditation of the Word' is truly about. Fingers just don't grow back.
