Maybe the President himself or worldwide CEO or something should stop by and see what he has to say. Maybe being taken seriously unseriously by someone like that would help. A person familiar with the situation told the Associated Press just how much he makes for filming a single episode.

“Empire” is in the middle of shooting the 18 episodes that would finish up season five. Smollett’s salary for this latest season would reach a total of $1.8 million. The pay increase occurred following his contract extension into the second season of “Empire.”
