Church Leadership Structure - Which are Biblical?

Seems that there are a variety of church structures today. Some are likely more biblical than others. What are your thoughts?

They can be absolutely biblical in construct yet miss God and be totally off in the ditch.

The church I presently have been stationed is totally beyond my experience curve being it is Elder Team driven. Structure is good, biblical in every way, grew to 350 or so with 3 services on Sunday. Relationally, it failed. Being a local church I heard of the troubles and by time they asked me to help, it was recovering from complete devastation of recent pastors, one of which is in prison for doing terrible things to children.

I really like the elder team approach and have never felt such strong support, such as the likes of Aaron and Hur in the battle where they upheld the arms of Moses.

We also have a board of deacons to help with all hands-on ministries of serving.

Now that Pope Innocent Borgia I has been assassinated during his evening walk through the gardens of the Vatican I expect you to receive a unanimous vote and to receive your papal name "Pope Ozzy I" with pride.
