    Playing with holy fire

Just finished Dr. Michael Brown's new book, Playing with Holy Fire. It is great! I read it in 2 days, something I have not done with a book in years.

I would highly recommend this book to all of you.

What’s the gist of it? Treating the things of God lightly?

The sub title is "A WAKE-UP CALL to the Pentecostal-Charismatic Church"

He is addressing error in today's Pentecostal-Charismatic Church. A long overdue response to taking the things of God lightly.

Here is an article by Brown base on some excerpts from the book:

Thanx for the tip. These issues need to be talked about and course corrections made. Back in ‘94 J Lee Grady wrote “What Happened To The Fire” to address many of the same errors and to speak of the need of the day. Just a note in hindsight this was the year or the Toronto Vineyard outpouring and one year prior to the Brownsville “Feast Of Fire”.
