    Slow Cookers

I have a slow cooker but don't use it very often, maybe that will change with some of the ideas in this video:

I don't use mine often either. My small one is newest and I have only used it once or twice. I like to cook my holiday turkey breast in the large pot. So easy!

I use mine every week, but those were some cool ideas that I hadn't thought of - Especially the "Baked" Potatoes!

I use mine all the time, at least twice a week for pinto beans. I also finally figured out how to make chicken and dumplings (using can biscuits) in my crock pot.

I have a slow cooker/pressure cooker and use it at least 3 times a week...they are far more versatile than we might realize...I have baked cakes and made cobblers....haven't baked a potato but may try that with a sweet potato....

I just found out my counter top convection oven is also an air fryer....

Something I may try...now that Bisquick makes a gluten free mix I can make them...

Great ideas...I made some beeswax candles last year but the wick I used was wrong....great idea for melting and re-wicking them....

My Hubby absolutely loves beans, and I use mine to make a big batch at least once a week when the weather cools down...

However, it looks like it might be a while down here (VA) - It's gonna be in the mid to high 80's all next week - YIKES!!!

    Cool

I use mine occasionally for cooking oxtails, short ribs, and chicken. I'm going to cook yams & potatoes next.

P.S. Instead of burning candles, diffuse Therapeutic Essential Oils, they're healthy and not at all toxic like candles.

Pure bees wax candles are not toxic..in fact they have a cleansing property...
