    True, Colonel. Fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge...so the passage does not assume personal opinion...the good things God gives are always good....

    Proverbs says not to eat too much honey or you will get sick. Moderation is a key even with good things.

    I'm now into Olive oil. Like a couple of tablespoons a day. Supposed to be good for the brain.

    Olive oil tastes good, I use it in sauces.

    I do that and coconut oil too. Had a tablespoon of coconut oil in my coffee this morning and a tablespoon of olive oil on my salad with some vinegar.

    No, breakfast was boiled egg, ham, cheese, bread, yoghurt, coffee. It was a buffet but I didn't see any bacon.
