Speaking of Entertainers Who Need Jesus...
I had not heard this, but I'm so glad it's been verified - McQueen was another one of my faves from back in the day.

I always watched "Wanted Dead or Alive". I've always been a great western fan.

Do you remember "How the West was won" ? Not the 50s movie but the 70s tv series with James Arness.

I recall the title, but I don't remember anything about it.

We watch MeTv some. Columbo is my current favorite. I just can't get interested in Mannix. I don't watch many of the westerns as I don't watch daytime tv. I was enjoying Laramie until our local station changed from the Grit network to something else.

It was huge here in Norway. Norwegians enjoyed Western movies and series a lot when I was a child and teenager but not necessarily the same ones that were the most popular or memorable over there. I remember James Arness showing up in a cop series at the same time and I was so disappointed because he was so different to Zebulon Macahan in the western series. I never saw Gunsmoke, that was before my time.

I've cut my TV viewing a lot. I'm down to watching only a few shows a week and Jeopardy! everyday. I'm close to getting rid of more cable channels and eventually will only have Basic. It's hard though to get rid of the DVR since I'm so use to recording everything and utilizing the fast forward feature.
